Default shipping setting set to "Express"
I am starting a new thread as I have hit a complete brick wall with this issue and it will no doubt soon as to effect my postage metrics.
A few of us seem to have been hit with this problem. Our shipping settings have "Switched around" the default shipping is now set to "Express" and there is no way to deactive it as the box is greyed out and cannot be clicked. "Standard shipping now has to be clicked on to activate. This is now starting to cause a problem with customers as I had one yesterday that chose this Express option and I had to refund them they postage money back but the "Expected delivery date" is still set at 1 day.
Cam a MOD on here look into this please as it has been going on now for about 6 weeks and seller support are not doing anything to solve it or are giving wrong answers.

A mod will not see your post unless you actually tag them in - I am sure they do not read every thread to see if they are needed ! You need to put @ in front of their name and then choose from the dropdown. There are a few new names so am really not sure now who deals with what. Will try a couple for you.

thank you for bringing this up again as I tried to list a few items today only to see this issue has still not been fixed.
