FBA Inventory Still Showing as "Reserved – FC Processing" After Account Reinstatement

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with my Amazon UK account and I’d like to ask if anyone else has experienced something similar.

My seller account was suspended but recently reinstated successfully. During the suspension, all of my product listings were removed. After reinstatement, my listings did not return to the Manage Inventory section.

In the FBA Inventory tab, I can still see my stock, but all of it shows as “Reserved – FC Processing.” Seller Support advised me to relist the ASINs, which I did, but the issue has not been resolved. My inventory is still stuck in reserved status.

I don’t think this is due to ongoing FC processing, since all related FBA shipments are closed and the products in those shipments show as “Available for Sale.” It has now been more than 10 days since my account was reactivated, but my FBA inventory is still not active and I cannot make sales.

Has anyone else faced this issue before? If so, how did you solve it? Any advice from other sellers or Amazon forum moderators would be greatly appreciated.

I think this is just coincidental this is happening at the same time.

There's an extremely frustrating issue taking place now across FCs. Where the stock that's available in your inventory will be showing "free delivery for prime members 16th of October" etc. It'll show weeks in advance while it's already available. This is destroying my business at the moment and some others.

The Seller Support team has not provided us with a reason for the ongoing FC processing issue. It has now been more than 20 days since our account was reinstated, and despite opening over 10 cases and contacting Seller Support via live chat multiple times, we still have not received any clear explanation or resolution.

In one of our recent cases (Case ID: 11572729912), we were informed that the ASINs from our shipments were restricted due to a policy compliance issue and were advised to contact the Account Health Support team for further assistance.

We followed this instruction and spoke with the Account Health team over the phone. They created another case (Case ID: 11581872002), but we were again redirected back to Account Health Support. We contacted Account Health Support once more by phone, which resulted in a new case (Case ID: 11585742232), but the response was the same — to contact Account Health Support again.

Even though our account has been successfully reinstated, our FBA inventory is still inactive and we are unable to make any sales.

Could you please review these cases and help us reach a proper resolution? We would greatly appreciate your assistance in escalating this issue.
