Can I block a Post Code?

A buyer has placed 10 orders from me within the last 2 months
She has requested refunds for half of them.
The orders where there were 2/3 items in the order I sent tracked, and she received these orders.
The low value (£2.99) orders which were sent standard 2nd class were not received, these are the
ones I’ve had to refund on.
I will be contacting her local sort office tomorrow to see if they have anything to say about it.
The items are nail polishes, the buyer never asks for a replacement, always a refund, and she never reorders the same shade for any which she’s had a refund.
I know, unlike e**y I cannot block a buyer, so I was wondering can I block the postcode?
Btw
prior to the last refund I gave her, I asked if she’d had any problems with other seller’s orders, & I also advised that I’d be contacting her sort office to discuss (which I forgot, only remembered when I’ve just received yet another refund request)
She failed to respond
Is there a way to report this buyer?
You’d think there would be a way to block such buyers

No, you cannot block postcodes, but I believe there is a way to report buyers - though don’t ask me how ! - am sure someone will know.

It really sticks in my throat that I can’t block her
I’m considering if she does re order marking as despatched then refunding with the reason “unshippable address”
failing that, I’ve started using RM48 on all orders now, so hopefully any future orders will be door step scanned

If Amazon are still going to deduct their fee anyway I wouldn’t bother cancelling, just mark as dispatched but don’t post so she has a genuine INR instead of a fictitious one. At least that way you won’t have paid the postage and you will still have the nail varnish.

Have you tried looking her up on eBay? She’s probably a nail technician from the amount she’s getting through.

You can also inform Amazon of potentially fraudulent activity by this customer - or any customer - by clicking on the ‘report this email’ button at the bottom of any emails you receive. No idea what action Amazon take when you do this, but it seems to have stopped a certain drop-shipper persistently claiming INRs from me.

Sounds like a nail tech stocking up for her business. Try checking her name on FB and Insta to see if she’s advertising for clients.
