How to end enrolment in Amazon.de

How do you end enrolment specifically in Amazon.de?

I am currently a UK seller with an Amazon.co.uk, de, it, fr & es marketplaces, enrolled in UK and Pan-EU FBA. I do not ship to Germany but we do have FBA in Germany through the Pan-EU FBA programme.

Precluding the 01/10/19 deadline requiring sellers with FBA stock being sold in Germany to have a German VAT registration & German Tax Certificate, I would like to end enrolment and close my account in Germany only. How can this be done? I also sell far less than 100k in Germany, would I still be required to register if I were to want to continue selling on Amazon.de?

If I do not close my Amazon.de account or end Pan-EU FBA in Germany & my Amazon.de account gets suspended, will that trigger a suspension in any/all other marketplaces? It wouldn’t put it past Amazon to suspend my Amazon.co.uk account because I don’t have a Tax Certificate in Germany.

Amazon Europe doesn’t allow sellers to close one of their marketplace accounts. If you request a closure of the DE account, it will result in a closure of your entire account.

Also, when you use PAN-European FBA, you agree to have your FBA inventory stored in all five countries + PL and CZ:

No, a suspension of the German site will not cause a suspension of the remaining Amazon marketplaces.

Do you mean there is stock in Germany and it is FBA or do you mean EFN from the UK FBA?

If you have stock in any European country other than the UK then you are already required to registered for VAT in that country. There is no deadline, it was a requirement from the moment your stick first arrived.
