LUCID number
I am an individual seller and listing my product for the first time . I have no company. How should I get my LUCID registration number?

Emma here from Amazon, Welcome to the Forums!
First you would need to check if you count as producer or not. If you sell your own products, usually you have to register to get the LUCID number, as reseller you might be able to put the LUCID number of your supplier.
I'd suggest to check out this help page about Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements packaging in Germany, where you will also find a video with explanations and links to the official registry.

Deine LUCID ist erforderlich.
Denn diese deckt nicht nur die Produktverpackung ab, sondern auch die Versandverpackung.
Es sei denn, Du verkaufst losen Sand oder einzelne Steine an Selbstabholer - das waere wohl der einzige Fall im Handel, in dem *keine* LUCID erforderlich ist.
Ansonsten: Um eine LUCID kommt man im Handel nicht herum, selbst wenn man bereits verpackte Ware anbietet.
