I know a lot of us get frustrated with Amazon Seller Support, and it's true that the experience can be hit or miss. But I've found that if you take the time to clearly explain your issue, there are some very experienced sellers and moderators in the forums who are willing to help. Recently, I got support from a moderator regarding a brand name change and advice from experienced sellers , and it made a big difference. The Seller Forum actually has a lot of valuable advice and insights if you look around. However , I think @Xander_Amazon have a point.

I totally agree with you. Seller support its useless at Amazon. I'm selling on so many platforms successfully but when it comes to Amazon there is always a problem! You call support and they've got no idea what they're doing. My account has been suspended after they charged my account 30 and I had a sale as well, with the reason that I have one more account which has been deactivated I think year ago, now I have more then 200 products waiting to go live but I've got no idea what's the next step and what should I do...if anyone can see this please help me settle this issue asap as support was useless. Thank youuu
