I’m facing an issue with my September Merchant VAT invoice for seller fees – it's still not available, and dealing with Seller Support has been frustrating. I’ve already opened a case and had a chat with them, but they don’t seem to know anything about the issue, and it feels like a complete waste of time.
Has anyone else experienced this? Who should I contact or escalate this to? Any tips on how to resolve this and get my VAT invoice would be greatly appreciated!

I checked with our partner team and was told that at that time the invoices had not been released but will be released this week.
