Using Big master Cartons (side longer than 63.5cm) on pallets

Hi,

I wanted to ask if I can ship standard size units from China to Amazon UK warehouses in big master cartons (longer side is >63.5) and mounted on pallets.

So far, I can’t create a shipment order because Amazon says the dimensions of the box exceeds the limit, and I can only exceed it in the event I’m shipping an oversize product, which is not the case.

My question is, is there any possibility I can ship standard size products in PALLETISED big master cartons (for extra protection)? If so, how?
