UK VAT calculation services

I am a UK seller who is VAT registered. I am constantly advertised Amazon VAT services- So the other day I signed up, but didnt hear back.

I contacted support, only to discover Amazon DO NOT offer VAT services if you are selling in the SAME COUNTRY as you are VAT registered.
