My seller account has been under review for approximately 30 days, and all my funds are being held. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, I keep receiving the same response: "We will contact you as soon as we have an update or if we require further information.We encourage you to wait for our response and assure you that our teams are working on your request.".
NO clear explanation has been provided for now bu t "my money" is keeping on hold without explanation.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation? How long does it typically take to resolve such issues?
I would really appreciate any insights or advice from fellow sellers.
It will take as long as it takes. I suggest you don't keep pestering them as each case goes to the bottom of the pile, I understand. Just need to wait. Sorry, not much help I know.
