Sharing contact number
Hi there,
A customer requested my phone number to discuss installation methods of the product I’m selling.
Is it allowed to to share my Customer Service number with the customer through the Buyer-Seller Messaging Service?

Yes, absolutely, however personally I would always suggest to send a summary email through the messaging system afterwards so that there is a record of the conversation should anything material ever arise. i.e. if you discussed anything significant - like warnings about your product’s use or installation, returns details etc.

Dear xx,
Thank you for your telephone call today. As we discussed …
If you have any questions please contact me,
…
If nothing significant was discussed or that could be brought up later then I wouldn’t worry.
