ADDRESSPAL - Phone Number?

Does anyone have a UK Phone Number for AddressPal?
Buyer on SFP, had a £39.99 refunded by Amazon Customer Services, saying not received, I knew possible fraud to these forwarding addresses, so send Tracked with Signed For, so losing money as extra cost.
It arrived ok though and AddressPal Signed for it on: 7 August 12.26pm.
They of course then have to send to Rep of Ireland, and it is their issue if delayed, or lost. The Buyer though now has a refund, and Safe-T Claim refusing to pay us.
Therefore going to report the fraud to the police as this Buyer probably doing this a lot. Need AddressPal Phone number though first to see what can be done, etc.
Any issues on this as I see before saying about just cancelling all to these addresses, but then affects metrics and loses orders. All the previous ones have been ok for other Buyers so far.

Here are the conditions for a reimbursement through Safe-T claim, which you needed to open:
Delivery label was purchased using Buy Delivery Services. The customer claims that an item was not received, however tracking shows ‘delivered’.
If you search for “AddressPal” on Google, you will be able to find their phone number, which needs to be used with a pre-fix if you are based outside of their country, otherwise it will not work.

I use address pal all the time and they have never lost a parcel belonging to me. But I wouldn’t think that would matter since you had signed for anyway, surely Amazon can see it was delivered to the address buyer gave.
Can I ask if the buyer gave you their AddressesPal AP number as part of the address as without this it won’t be forwarded to the buyer unless they contact Addresspal.
