Is has to be time for sellers to unite and take Amazon to court ?

Amazon are now so far down the rabbit hole that there is no way for them to turn things around and start treating sellers properly.

I see that I am now being charged over 5% fees by Amazon even when a buyer changes their mind. Plus I am required to pay the buyer's return postage costs.

I sell mainly second hand products and the amount of scammers is off the scale. Yet Amazon encourage this behaviour. And compel us to reward said scammers under threat of a defect.

Seller Support is a sick joke - these people are worse than the AI and are powerless to do anything.

What should be the best market place in the world has been ruined by utter greed from a corporate monster that thinks it is above the law.

I encourage every seller in the UK to contact the FCA, the CMA and their local MP. These people only act when they get the numbers to demonstrate that anti-competitive behaviour is taking place large scale.

Every action that Amazon takes my be in the T&Cs, but that is not a valid justification or legally acceptable.

Given their ecommerce dominance, their behaviour has to be forcibly changed!

Amazon giving it the thumbs down? Cos I can't imagine one legitimate seller disagreeing with my sentiments !
