Hello, I am not being satisfied by the responses I receive from Seller Support. I need to escalate my issue further within Amazon UK. There seems to be no path I can find within Seller Central to acheive this. Can anyone advise how I can reach somebody concerning New Listings Error 5461 for a brand that we have brand registry active on. Thank you.

You have opened incidents via Brand Registry support rather than standard support as they tend to be better?

The error actually means:

This error code means that you are attempting to use a barcode number on a brand name item . Amazon has a Brand Registry; Brands register their own barcodes through this program. The barcode you are attempting to use does not match that Brand.

So have you checked that all the details are the same on the listing your creating and GS1?
