Has anyone else experienced extremely slow inventory check in speeds at the fulfilment centres BHX2 (Coalville) and BHX7 (Hinckley)?

Almost all our items are large oversize and we typically send 10 - 20 pallets of stock at a time. Prior to around March this year, we always found that our inventory checked in pretty quickly at UK fulfillment centres. However, now it seems to be taking a good month to 6 weeks for our stock to be available and that's from the point it arrives at the FC!

We also sell in the US and our US shipments seem to be available much sooner, even when they're going from east cost to west, which you could appreciate would take longer.

Annoyingly, when we raise shipments the two FC's that always appear seem to be BHX2 and BHX7 :(

I have 3 FBA shipments shipped on the 18 of January, delivered on the 27 of January that have not moved at all since for 14 days. All those shipment are shipped to BHX8

Seller support said they can’t do anything

All these shipment's asins are selling very good and nearly best seller on sales rank. Out of stock will impact a lot

Wondering whats happen on BHX8 warehouse now?
