This question relates to Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter brought on an RM account not being a valid tracking method.
I have started to use Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter (code BPL2 on Click and Drop) for some of my orders. I am having messages from customers asking for refunds as Amazon are saying the item is lost when there is a delivery scan.
My VTR is also now much lower and checking the VTR report a lot of the orders on there have a valid delivery scan from RM so should be valid for VTR.
Seller support say that the items do not have a carrier scan but that is incorrect as they do.
VTR policy says 2nd Class Large Letters can be used so I shouldn't be penalised for doing so.
Can a Mod please advise why Royal Mail 2nd Class Large letter is not valid for VTR and why customers are being told the goods are running late or lost when there is a delivery scan?
