If I delete my account and open a new one would the be a conflict?

While registering on Amazon,. I mistakenly registered as a private company instead of a sole proprietorship.
This has result in a conflict on what papers I should upload for my account verification. Although I have a valid UK VAT and a Greek VAT, my profile is still under review and my seller account is suspended.

I have been waitting since April from the platform to update my information. I have sent any possible goverment paper to verify my identity but I still haven’t managed to do it.

I was planning to sell thrgough Amazon FBA which I succesfully did it for a couple of months before the deactivation of my account.

Should I delete my account and open a new one or will there be a conflict in the system, telling me that this name already has an account etc?

Is there someone who had a similar problem and overpassed it like that?
