A Chinese seller posed as a fake customer and left a negative review, urging me not to sell the product.

Hello esteemed forum members. I have been selling on Amazon for approximately 8 months. About 1 month ago, I encountered an incident. A customer left an unrelated negative review and sent me a message, but the message was in Chinese. In the message, they asked me to delete and stop selling the product. They threatened to continue leaving negative reviews if I continued selling. Naturally, I reported the situation to Amazon and canceled the order. However, Amazon rejected all 10 of my appeals. The Chinese seller disguised as a customer won. Because of them, I couldn't make any sales for nearly a month. My account health suffered, while they continued to sell. They are still selling now. I took screenshots of the messages sent to me through the buyer-seller messaging platform on Amazon, both in Chinese (original) and translated into English, along with the order number and customer information, and sent them to Amazon. Yet, Amazon rejected all of my appeals. This is devastating for me. Has anyone experienced something similar and found a solution? Thank you very much for your assistance.
