Returns NO LONGER NEEDED
Anybody here experiencing an increase in people returning stuff because “NO LONGER NEEDED”. Just seems to be more and more, I just don’t understand why people buy stuff and send back as soon as they receive it. Sadly, every return is a loss, as I never seem to get my shipping covered. IS IT ME?

No longer needed is a buyer faulted return, so the cost of the return is deducted from the refund.
Are your margins so thin that even if the product is returned in the same condition, you lost $? You may wish to stop selling that product.
We are in the extended holiday return period.

Yes, suffered by the higher rate of the returning. Nothing we can do now.

If you go into the actual order you will see that the return shipping was automatically deducted from the refund, if for some reason it’s not open a Safe-T claim.
If you charge outbound shipping you can open a Safe-T claim and request for the outbound shipping to be reimbursed per policy. You need to submit a request for outbound shipping as it is optional and is not automatically refunded, it will not be reimbursed if you offer free shipping.
