I want to delete my Amazon seller account and stop the charges to my card

My account got suspended during the verification process and I’m not interested in selling on Amazon anymore, how do I close the account and stop the charges to my card, is their a support email I can contact where they will close my account and stop charging my card, can someone please help me, I tried following the instructions for closing my account but it does not work, I want to close my amazon seller account specifically

You can not close an account undergoing verification. You can walk away after removing your card from the charge method.

If you have a “Pro” account" go into “Account Info” and click on “downgrade account.” This will stop the $39.99 charge while you sort things out.
