Buy Shipping in Bulk label printing issues

I’ve downloaded QZ Tray so that I can print Buy Shipping labels in bulk. The labels are printing too small. If I print just one label using Amazon Print Connect, the label prints perfectly. Anyone had the same issue?

Is that for letters, large letters or Parcels?

Standard 1st and 2nd or CRL ?

Yes, it’s a total pain. For me it prints them huge. Unfortunately, I have to now print one by one
