Seeking help for account re-activation
Hi, our account has been deactivated for over 7 months and we have submitted all documents Amazon needs but still they ask different things everyday and wont reactivate our account. We have repatedly sent the same informtaion that they have repeatedly asked for yet we still get asked for the same information over and over. Our funds are also stuck and we cant withdraw it. We have provided utility bills, proof of address, VAT and much more yet we are still asked for more information. Amazon is stating that another business runs under the same address we do but we have provided proof that only we use this address yet they do nothing. If anyone has experienced the same thing or similarly please let me know what you have done to reactivate y our account. Thanks

@Seller_KCK3oNNXoZ9Fr - why was your account deativated ? - is it just the reason of another business supposedly at same address ?
Did you at any time start opening an account, and then not complete it ? - if so, then they will possibly still have those details on file, and think there is another business at same address. That might not be the case, but worth checking out.
They won't release any funds until your account is up and running again. Unfortunately, repeatedly asking for the same info over and over seems to be a common issue.
