How long does Amazon take to respond to a failed payment verification appeal

My account was suspended because I used my wifes credit card instead of my own in amazons charge method which was flagged after 3 months selling, i have successfully received 3 disbursements from amazon with no fuss but it was suddenly flagged in november for the card issues, i have submitted a plan of action and most importantly changed the credit card to my own and submitted it on friday 22nd how long does amazon take to respond to appeals and how long will it take to get my account back.
