    Royal Mail Tracked 24 not available to buy on Amazon

    Is anyone else having issues today trying to buy 24tracked shipping on Amazon for prime orders, every one of my orders today is only giving Evri and Amazons own shipping. Which is useless to me. This could affect my Delivery on Time and Buy shipping through Amazon matrix

    Is anyone else having issues today trying to buy 24tracked shipping on Amazon for prime orders, every one of my orders today is only giving Evri and Amazons own shipping. Which is useless to me. This could affect my Delivery on Time and Buy shipping through Amazon matrix

    Same issue for us, tried to contact support but getting nothing back. Don’t want to use Click and Drop and it affect SFP metrics.

    I believe the only way is if you have a Royal Mail OBA account linked to your Amazon account and Tracked 24 and 48 are added to your OBA. There are minimum volumes to have Tracked added to OBA, and it is often cheaper to buy one tracked label off the consumer Click and Drop than each one when you buy over 1,000 a year on OBA.

    Tracked 24 and 48 are hugely better in many ways than the other RM services, and available on the consumer Click and Drop, so it seems ridiculous that it's not available easily through buy shipping without an OBA. It may be at Royal Mail's end or Amazon's.

    We are facing this issue too. I purchased all of my Tracked 24 labels today outside of buy shipping. Seller Support have stated that my metrics should be protected if I reference the support chat. I unlinked my Royal Mail carrier account from Amazon and relinked it which says it will take up to 48 hours, maybe that was a mistake.

    I see that several sellers reported that the issue was temporary and was corrected.

    I am checking to make sure any sellers aren't still seeing issues, or if they are having any problems as a result of the temporary downtime.
