Seller account from Professional to Individual
Hi,
My Seller account was verified but I converted from professional to individual account.
but after my request my account was suspended and Amazon ask to choose category, when I choose I am an individual they reject again and again.
can anybody faced same issue and how did you managed to resolve?

When you say individual do you mean legal entity or subscription plan ?
There are 2 legal entities - individual or business. An individual can only sell off their own second hand goods. A business can sell for a profit and you’ll need to upload your utr number or ltd company details.
The subscription plan is individual or professional. The individual is 90p per sale, the professional is £30 per month
It sounds like you have downgraded to the individual plan (90p per item) but you are registered as an individual seller but selling for a profit

Verification is in two parts, is it partly done and suspended while you complete verification?
Are you registered with hmrc either as a sole trader or limited company? Did you put those details in when you applied?
