power of attorney

Still cant get past this POA thing on Amazon, has us and accountants stumped, HMRC are unresonsive after 4 weeks, we have sent everything we inc UTR number, company name address etc. no one seems to know what sepcifically is wrong with our submissions, so it just gets the general form response, any help or new info pls!
