Offering Release Date
My product has been shipped, it is not yet available in the store.
I need it to be available once delivered to warehouse, I would like to ask if I changed (Offering Release Date) will this affect the ASIN ?? or the shipping plan??
Offering Release Date is the date when the list was created.

Don't play with the release date. Once your products get to FBA and checked in they will be available for sale. Nothing else you need to do.

I will co-sign the guidance shared by @Seller_z3XfkorVSmnEYon this, as the Offer Release Date is the date that you want your items to go live on Amazon.
