Yes i am getting that also and i am annoyed to be frank. I am not going to send 1st class something that the buyer is paying less than £5 for when my profit margins are already tight.
The other platform is showing 28th now on 2nd class posted items which is more sensible.

Not me going crazy then. Guess we don’t have a choice it’ll be claims left and right!

This is why I put holiday settings on from now until Boxing day.

Makes sense but I’ve heard horror stories about putting holiday settings on. Weeks of no sales before getting back to normal!

My messages are crazy with people chasing things days before items should be there so I have closed. No point getting more upset customers with unrealistic timescales

When we go to our product pages it says “Get it by 23rd - 27th December” with our free delivery option (RM 2nd Class), which is more realistic but the actual orders coming through are saying it should arrive by the 24th. I’m equally confused and have no idea which of these dates the customers are expecting.
We’ve just put ourselves in holiday mode to stop customers getting annoyed when their items don’t arrive for Christmas.

how about changing your transit time to 3 - 5 days? I’ve done that for outer parts of scotland, NI and channel islands as there is no way to get those there in time anymore even with first class it’s risky by this point.

I have both the app and the full Amazon site on my mobile.

Does anyone know the last date amazon will show 2 day SFP? Is it Friday 1pm the cut off for Xmas?

I am more then happy to keep the orders coming in and send low value items by first class post.
