Within a week my healthy account (which it has been for years) has now gone to a risk of deactivation. For an unknown reason and no help from Seller Support, the VTR rate linked to Click & Drop resulted in my account being suspended. I re-linked the accounts to see if that would help and now there are supposed "late shipments" as the systems are just not talking to each other.
Not only that - we have a huge reserve amount on our account for requesting funds (again something we have never had). I have no idea how I am meant to get any of this sorted as I have tried the Call Now on Account Health and that says to call later, Seller Support are not understanding the issues and I just have no idea where to turn now......
