I have an order which will not confirm
Strange one this. Never experienced it before, but I have an order which will just not confirm. When you click the button “Confirm Shipment” I get an error message saying “Unable to confirm!”
There is no option to contact Amazon about this either. Has anyone else had this problem?

Something going on with Amazon since yesterday. I’ve experienced delay in updating prices and quanties , confirmation of labels and adding new product taking ages to get active.

The order sorted itself out eventually. What was strange was although it failed to confirm, the payment was successful and showing in my transactions within payments. Looks like it was just a small glitch
