I can't see my new shipped products in my inventory
Hi,
My shipment is closed on December 11, placement fee is paid but I can't see new batch in my inventory. I've reached support a couple of times, they said is it closed, they are no missing and added to your inventory but still I can't see them and I don't know my products are still in FC transfer or not. It did not occur in my first shipment and I could see where my products are heading.
Does it take this long to reflect current inventory?

Being a new seller, you may not know that during November and December, Amazon slows way down on processing incoming inventory. since it arrived during that time period, it will not be processed until after the start of the new year.
Now what you do not know is the inventory handled First-In First-Out or First-In Last-Out. All you can do is just wait.
After all, you are paying Amazon to work for you. If you were using FBM, you would have been selling your product during the holiday shopping season.

Hi there, CR here and wanted to see if you have been able to check your manage inventory page to get any updates?
I'm guessing it is still in processing, or are you saying your shipment is showing as closed but you aren't seeing your inventory on your 'manage inventory' page?
