Queried if i could have a 6pm collection - They Paused our collections! (Amazon Shipping)
Yesterday at 11am I emailed Amazon Shipping, we spend 360k a year with Amazon shipping and for 4+ years they send their vans at 2.30pm, we are the first collection… Its an absoloute chaotic event everyday to have our personlaised orders ready.
I sent them a message to say that the Royal Mail have contacted me and offered me very simular rates to have my buisness and offered me a 6pm collection. Can you do anything with a later collection window around 6pm to compete?
I came into work this morning to my Artwork team stating our label creation for Amazon Shipping has been paused (we curently have 600+ items going out on SFP next day and we cant create labels)…
1 hour later and 30 emails sent i find out Amazon Shipping have paused our collection window meaning all our shipping options with amazon shipping have been stopped…
I’m completely unable to ship any tracked items, contact anyone at amazon and the messages i get back say it will be looked a in 48 hours!

edit - looking at your listings, you don’t have SFP enabled on them anyway therefore you can just use standard post
check your SFP eligibility page

Amazon Shipping has recently outsourced their support to India instead of the previous UK-based team. I have noticed a significant drop in the level of support provided. They misunderstood one of my requests and mistakenly canceled our Sunday collections, which I did not ask for. However, I was able to have it reinstated.
So, it could be a case of the support team not understanding your request. I’m not sure how rural you are, but you should be able to have a minimum 4pm collection.
