Selling on Amazon Co UK as a US seller? Questions
Do I have to use the FBA route or can I do MF directly to customers in the UK?
If I can ship directly, does anyone know how expensive it is to ship using DHL to the UK?

You are not required to use FBA in order to sell on the Amazon UK store. As far as the cost to ship MFN orders from the US to the UK, you would need to research the international shipping charges on the carrier websites.
