Remove your Fulfilment by Amazon inventory

Hi Everyone,

Is this a scam - I usually spot them a mile off, but this is from donotreply@amazon.com email address, so its thrown me a little

(1) Is it possible for scammers to send an email looking like its coming from a known email address to look more genuine.

(2) Things What make me think its a scam is it usually lists some sku’s at the bottom to remove and that there is a link to add credit card details ?

(3) and most importantly there is nothing in my amazon case log about this and I haven’t had an earlier communication as it says in the email ( unless I missed it )

(4) Also if suspended, why am i still selling and can still send stock to fulfilment centres ?

Its got to be a scam, but looks good, so just want to double check with you guys…

Suspended selling privileges status

90-day removal notification

Hello from Fulfilment by Amazon,

We previously notified you that your selling privileges have been suspended or that your access to Amazon selling services is limited.

You have remaining inventory in our fulfilment centres. Your inventory will be returned to you, or disposed of, based on the settings (including the time period) you selected on the Fix stranded inventory page. FBA removal order fees and disposal fees will apply. If you have not selected any settings on the Fix stranded inventory page, some or all your inventory will be disposed of after 90 days from the date of this notification. To customise your settings, go to [Fix stranded inventory](Link removed ) and select Edit automatic-action settings .

If you take the necessary steps to restore your Selling privileges and reactivate your listings in any one of the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, or France marketplaces, your inventory will not be automatically removed.

If your selling privileges are not restored, or you have not submitted a removal order by 2021-03-24, we will dispose of some or all of the inventory at your cost in accordance with FBA policy. If you had inventory that became stranded at a later date, you may receive a subsequent email regarding that inventory. To view the automatic removal dates for all your stranded inventory, visit the [Fix stranded inventory](Link Removed) page.

If credit card information is missing from your account, please [update your credit card information](Link removed) or submit a removal order.

Inventory in reserved status is currently not eligible for removal. Keep checking your inventory status and remove any items no longer in reserved status. We will also dispose of some or all inventory still in reserved status after 2021-03-24.

Had the same email a 4 days ago (I posted query on the forum).

Emailed seller support for confirmation if this is correct or an error because I have nothing showing in performance notifications.

Still no response from seller support after 4 days.

All FBA items still selling and still getting FBM orders also.

Any basic scammer can make an email look like it originated anywhere they wanted
