COVID & Cancellations
I’ve sadly had a positive test yesterday and I’ve some outstanding orders that I’ve been unable to sort as I would need to drop them off.
Would Amazon be fair about it if I cancel orders? And put my account on holiday mode until isolation is over.

hope you are well with it
sadly amazon may not be so supportive - another poster had to cancel orders and then went over the cancellation defect rate - they haven’t come back on here though to update what happened
first thing to do is put your holiday settings on - on all sites you sell on too
is there anyone that can pack and post your current orders - in line with government guidance

Unfortunately they will not.
There have been several tales of woe where a seller has died unexpectedly and the family have had to try and sort things out - there is no compassion with Amazon.
As said, can you not package etc, and just take the extra expense of having them collected.
Better than the possibility of having your account suspended for high Pre-fulfilment cancellation rate.

RM are doing free collections at the moment

I sorted all of this through Royal Mail, who charge 60p extra for collection. I am not sure who suggested it was free as they charged me 60p a parcel.
Lots of good advice on here though. Sadly my cancellation rate is huge at the moment, but I am new and perhaps Amazon are taking pity on me at the moment.
Sadly, I am still struggling with struggles with specific international orders, where most of my orders are coming from…
