unable to update country of business establishment
I'm facing an issue with updating my business information and need some guidance. I'm unable to update my country of business establishment, business address is verified already but system is not letting me update the same verified address and county of business establishment which is in USA. My business entity belongs to USA but i am unable to update it. Now Business location window is inactive and shows my original country locked as the only option.
I have opened two cases with the seller support but haven't received any response yet. It’s been almost a month and situation has become urgent as I've received a notification about the risk of account deactivation due to the Consumer Information Act re-verification, which I can't complete due to this issue. I am completely disappointed with service given by customer service team they just opening case over case but don’t want to address the actual issue.

It is exactly as you say:
That IS not possible and nobody can help you or do this for you.
You have to properly close your actual account (safe Amazon's confirmation till the end of your life!) and THEN create a new account with another email address. This is of course only possible if your actual account is NOT suspended.
You deal with seller support, not with "customer service team". You are not a customer but a seller.
Amazon is a self service platform where the seller has to set and fix things himself.

Seller Central > Settings > Account Info > Business Information > Legal Entity > Add New Address > Update Now

I've reviewed your account and this path is currently available to you. Please note that changing your business information will require you to complete the re-verification process.
