Is case resolution with amazon seller support taking too long ?

Is it just me or is everyone facing the case resolution with amazon seller central taking too long ? i have 2 cases open - one for 9 days and other more more than 15 days .

Everytime they just keep saying internal team is working on it

I guess it is with everyone , I have 4 cases pending , 1 is open since 30 days, 2 16 days, 3 - 10 days, 4 - 8 days and all keep going on, no update nothing
