Lost buy box eligibility - Dolls

Lost buy box eligibility

Since November 2024, I lost buy box eligibility on all doll/toy ASINs. I have a 500+ health rating, and all other metrics are near perfect. I have never had this issue in the past and I do not know why it is happening now. Please help!
