Amazon Holding my Money - Account Level Reserve

hi everyone,

I have been selling on Amazon since May 2024, and in that time have maintained relatively consistent sales.

All of my products are shipped via FBA,

Recently Amazon have been increasing my reserve amount every single month, now to the point there is over 6k in reserve, I have contacted Amazon over 15 times in the last 2 months and have had 0 conclusion just the same automated response.

Has anyone else had this? I have no account health issues, no A-Z claims, no open charge backs so no idea why Amazon will not pay out,

This money is from over 3 months of sales so there is no reason for them to keep it it has all cleared and they just keep increasing the reserve,

Hope someone can help!

if you are getting g some payments - have you checked whether it’s the DD+7 policy

Had the same issue mate, Amazon dont care about us and wont do anything. I nearly lost my business in Jan/Feb as All of November and December's takings was pretty much held in reserve. Same as you hardly any A-Z Claims, use Easy Ship (Amazon Labels) for everything. There should be UK Laws that any Marketplaces who hold your money for 14-30Days + need to pay the standard interest rate on earnings. No doubt they are earning interest on our money

I encountered this issue over 18 months ago. Since then, I have implemented a policy of initiating daily withdrawals at 9:00 AM to ensure that, in the event of any future issues, Amazon is not holding the entire balance.

Hello @Seller_mNFTnvAQDbA0f,

Thank you for posting on Forums!

This is Sarah with Amazon.

Could you please share the Case ID opened with Seller Support so I can take a look?

Best regards,

Sarah.
