Need Help: Old Account Deactivated, New Account Not Verified — Confused and Stuck
Hi everyone,I'm really hoping someone here can help me understand what to do next, because I'm completely lost right now.I originally had an Amazon seller account (now deactivated) and wanted to expand to sell on Amazon Ireland. I thought the way to do this was by creating a new seller account for the Ireland marketplace, since my old one was not connected to it.After trying to open the new account, Amazon’s verification team told me I couldn’t have multiple seller accounts unless I had a business justification.They asked me to close my old account to proceed. I tried to follow their instructions, but I wasn’t able to successfully close the old account and now my old account is deactivated, and my new account hasn't passed verification either.
All I want now is to reactivate my old account and add Ireland as a marketplace if possible i dont need any other countries. I don't want to use multiple accounts. I just want to move forward with one.

You are only allowed one seller account (a very few exceptions to this by prior agreement only) so you shoulddnt have opened a second account.
I dont think there is a solution as the ONLY option is to get the first account reinstated and then close the second. Why was the original account deactivated though? If Amazon deactivated it then it was never possible to close it anyway.
Did Amazon deactivate it and why?

Ash here to assist. It has been understood that you need to reactivate one of the account, and close the other.
Unfortunately, you wouldn’t be able to close or delete the other account until you resolve the account violations.
I would highly recommend to address the deactivation reasons and submit the appeal accordingly. Once both the accounts are active, you can either continue with one and close another.
