Read onlyHI all, kindly help me to deactivate my seller account. Since last two days i am not able to do that. Help centre guided me but on that route is it not possible to do that.
According to several threads opened on this subject, here is the complete procedure:
To close an account, you must wait until all the amounts of the payment balance are honored (therefore paid into your account), that there are no more pending orders, disputes, or complaints and even that there are no more open CASs. Some sellers say that you must also delete all the items.
After 90 days (time needed by Amazon to be sure that everything is ok and that you continue to pay your subscription) you can go to "account", "account management", then "close the account".
Making a request to close an account before having done all these steps seems to create problems.
If you still encounter difficulties, you can downgrade the account to a private account, which should stop the withdrawals from the pro account.
Why make it simple when you can make it complicated, you might say? And you won't be wrong 🙂
