I'm hoping posting this on the forum may get me further that my consistent emails to the handmade team has..

I've applied for Amazon Handmade, I actually applied last year and my application was refused on the grounds that I don't have a valid selling account. I do have a selling account, and all of my information is up to date but each time I contact the team, or one of the emails I have been told to contact I either get ignored, a generic reply or my emails bounce back as the addresses aren't valid.

Has anyone experienced this and can anyone possibly advise?

My listing has been constantly attacked and my brand name has been tampered with by others

Since last year, my listings have often been maliciously modified by unknown people, resulting in me losing my editing and sales rights. I speculate that it was done by a VC account because only VCs have this privilege, which has seriously affected my business development. What should I do? Because it is very difficult to restore the brand name

I have been selling on Handmade for the past 4 years and have receive their annual email asking me to take pictures and videos of our design and packing process to continue selling on Handmade.

Unfortunately, it seems Handmade is now dealt with by people who don't understand Amazon Handmade as our application is rejected.

I am quite upset as we have provided them with everything they have asked for but I believe it is all dealt by another team that could have been moved overseas (I used to have contact with some of the UK Handmade team but all emails are now bouncing back).

@Seller_gAhPNiLrkfTcr are you able to help? I am at loss at what to do and really need help.
