Hi there, we received a negative feedback which is a complete product review. Requested removal however it has been denied, it says to raise a support case however it literally just closes down pretty much as soon as you submit the case. Any ideas on what to do please?

If its the one from 29 March 2025 I don't think it'll be removed. Items arriving damaged as has been noted in that feedback would class as a service issue.
Its so annoying when the 1st review is a 1 star (even when you have sold hundreds before) I think these ppl get a kick out of ruining a listing. Theres nothing you can do but suck it up and hope ppl ignore it - Its happened to me on a listing htat I sold loads of and now thats reduced, maybe co-incidence or not but ppl are still buying it
