Issues with alignment when printing labels
Hi everyone,
I hope everyone is well.
I’ve been having issues for a while with this now. I’m trying to print out 40 labels per page (I downloaded it like in this format through the shipping plan) but they aren’t aligning within the label box itself so some of the writing and barcode is going on to the label below it so on and so forth.
I’ve tried everything. I purchase Adobe Abrocat and was on the phone to them for two hours trying to fix it by reducing the font size etc but the problem still persists. We also tried to mess around with the printer setting by printing in the actual size, custom scale and fit but still the same.
Any help would highly be appreciated.
Thanks guys.

Is the scale set to 100% (actual size)?

I find 44 up prints perfect & you dont need to create a shipment to print labels.

There are multiple sizes for 40 per sheet you may have the wrong label sheets?

If you have the wrong size stickers you can use them using Design & Print Template Software | Avery. Just select the sheet you have, create a label and print. Should take 2 mins if your printing sheets of the same barcode. As above 52.5mmx 29.7mm is the correct size label for amazon.

Thanks for all the posts everyone, @Rabanne, were you able to solve it in the end?

Check the label and border size on the paper itself, it can vary quite a bit from brand to brand and once you find one that works stick with it.
