The keywords corresponding to the main listing disappeared inexplicably

Recently, we've had a problem with one of our top-selling products. The keywords that usually help our listing show up at the top of search results have just vanished. Before, when we searched for those keywords, this listing was always right there at the front. But now, when we search these keywords, our listing is nowhere to be found.

We talked to Amazon customer service, and they said other listings with higher "importance" or "weight" have taken over our spot. But I think it's the other way around – our keywords disappearing is what allowed those other listings to show up. And this has happened multiple times in the last month, affecting two of our main listings now.

It's so frustrating. We've been focused on making great products and providing excellent service, but who knew we'd face these unexplained obstacles on Amazon? It's really tough selling on this platform sometimes.@Blake_Amazon
