Close my account without reactivating

Hi I have tried to close my account multiple times. I accidentally created this account and now when I am trying to activate my business account I cannot because I have this one. Please can someone help me close this account and reactivate my business account? Many thanks

the way amazon works is you need to make the first one your business account and then get the second one closed
