Help! charge method card
Hi, I could not access myu account, as we have had a new company card issued which needed to be updated on Amazon, however everytime i try to upload it its not being verfied. The company card is in the name of company secretary, and I am the 100% shareholder of the company, could this be why?
Amazon has accepted my personal debit and credit cards as the charge method, however I would like the Company card to be the one associated with the account. Any advise would be great, as in my panic i callled seller support and they were utterly useless. I asked then why it wouldnt verify and they said it will take 48 hours, which was just plain false. And after 2 days, we would have had orders not dispatched and would have been no further. Need some advise as i am stressed tghat this could happen. again.

Yes the card should be in the name of whoever is verified on the amazon account
Just to double check it’s not a prepay Mastercard etc and that you have left it over 48 hours ?!
Can you not get one issued in your name ?
We have more than one card on our company bank account

I’ve had an issue with using debit cards in the past and Amazon ‘apparently’ don’t accept them (according to an actual proper human I once got to speak to), but we know they do accept debit cards, but perhaps not all of them.
Have you tried with a Credit Card?
