Hello everyone, I was just wondering if it’s possible to leave a response to a customer review? Thank you

If it’s a seller review Yes, if it’s a product review Yes & No.
If you’re brand registered and the customer leaves a 1> 3-star review you can contact them.
#### Step 3: Contact Customer
If the brand owner is the seller of record on a transaction that resulted in a critical review, they will see the option Contact Customer on the top right of the critical review.
This will also depend on whether or not the customer allows communication (they can opt out if they wish). If they’ve opted out then there’s nothing you can do I’m afraid.
If you’re not brand registered - there’s no option to respond to critical reviews.
