Brand tampering
The product we were participating in the event suddenly became unsaleable due to branding issues, for which we have been asking for almost 1 month and still haven't gotten a solution!
Duing this nearly one month, we have repeatedly communicated with the relevant departments and persons in charge, hoping to find a solution as soon as possible to resume the normal sale of the products. However, every time we got a vague reply or told us to keep waiting without a clear timetable and concrete action plan. This delay and uncertainty made us feel deeply anxious and helpless.
We understand the importance of branding issues and the need for caution and care in dealing with such matters. However, the prolonged silence and lack of progress makes us question the attitude and efficiency of the relevant authorities in this matter. We have invested a lot of resources and energy in this campaign, and now we are faced with a dilemma because of a problem that could have been prevented or solved much sooner!

From the case 10335993842, I see Seller Support has asked you to re-create new ASINs in order to be able to rebrand the product as it cannot go through updating an existing one.
