How long it takes for Amazon to reply an Appeal
Hi, dear all,
My UK account was under verification before. On Sep 27th, I got a performance notification asking me to provide shareholders ledger. And my account got deactivated after that. I provided the information and then passed account verification on Sep 29th. (My account was pending verification, but it was not deactivated during the verification process before). I thought my account should be okay when I received an email from Amazon and told me that I could start to sell in UK. But the account still showed deactivated at the main page, so I click appeal and uploaded the shareholders ledger again. And now it’s over three days, no response yet. Is it normal? When I submitted the appeal, it showed I should get a response within 1-2 days and in US market it usually respond within one day if I appeal. I am so worried that they won’t reply at all.
Is it possible that they won’t even reply the first appeal? I know usually if you failed 3 or 4 times then the seller performance will tell you they won’t reply you, but I just appealed the first time. Any information will be appreciated. Thanks for your time.
Regards
Crystal

Yes. There seem to be large numbers of appeals going through, for at least the last year, and it’s more likely to be 3 weeks than 3 days

we have had the same issue for the same reason lost alot of sales and no response at all very worrying and frustrating as we have been trading with amazon for over 15years and never experienced anything like we have ebay accounts too and they solved the issue right away without suspension iam losing confidence to sell on amazon now
